My tip this week is very short and sweet….
Take care of yourself. When your energy runs low, it is time to take a break! If you do not take care of yourself, no one else will….And taking care of myself is exactly what I am doing…..I was going to try and write a blog despite being on a little holiday, then I gave myself a shake…..so next week, I will be back with lots of ideas and energy. But right now, I am settling into an evening on the couch…..
